How the 4.6/5 aggregate is computed, what it covers, what it excludes.
The aggregate is a weighted mean over the past 12 months of verified buyer reviews. Each review weight 1.0; PGP-signed reviews weight 2.0; reviews older than 12 months exponentially decayed with a 90-day half-life. Recomputed hourly. Current value: 4.6/5. Distribution: 79% five-star, 14% four-star, 4% three-star, 2% two-star, 1% one-star.
What's excluded: reviews from accounts not tied to a confirmed multisig settlement (rejected at write time); reviews flagged as duplicates against the same settlement; reviews older than 18 months (decay weight rounds to zero). The full computation is documented on the methodology page; the source data is reproducible from the public review export endpoint.
